Which types of attachments does the OCR app support?

The system is designed to support a wide range of file types to streamline your workflows:

• File extensions: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC
• Document types: Machine-generated files, scanned documents, and even handwritten documents (information can be extracted).

What about Word and TXT files?
Word (.DOCX) and TXT files don’t require OCR and can be seamlessly automated using our middleware solution, Knots Studio.
