No, by default, the GPT Editor only works with the information in the current ticket. It does not pull data from a knowledge base or other external sources. However, you can connect your own AI model (such as one hosted on Microsoft Azure) and train it with your own data. If you want the AI to use additional knowledge, you’ll need to set that up separately.
