To update the email address associated with the account owner, you’ll need to invite the new email as a team member on our platform. Here’s how:
- Go to https://app.knots.io/settings/team.
- Add the new email as a team member.
After the new member accepts the invitation, please notify our support team at support@knots.io so we can update the owner accordingly.
If you want to remove the old user after adding the new one, please let us know, and we can handle the removal process for you.
