How to refresh the connector?

The name displayed in ticket comments is based on the user who originally created the Zendesk connector. To change this, follow these steps to update the connector:

1. Log in to Zendesk as the desired user. Use a private/incognito browser session to avoid conflicts with existing cookies.
2. Go to the Knots Connector page.
3. Recreate the Zendesk Connector:
   • Click on Add new connector.
   • Select “Zendesk.”
   • Use the same name as the existing connector — this will override the previous one.
   • Enter the correct subdomain and follow the setup instructions.

Once completed, the new connector will reflect the updated user name in Zendesk comments.
