You can configure the app to process either the entire ticket or only the last response, depending on your preferences.
How does it work?
To access the triggers, click the AI Ticket Redaction icon on the left in your Support workspace.
Note: If you have numerous apps installed, it might be hidden under the three dots on the lower left part of your screen. Click on this icon to proceed.
Select the desired trigger from the list and switch on Advanced Configuration to access the settings.
The Search Location field is a multiselect ticket field. Click on it to open the list of available options. Select the locations where the app should search for the information you want to redact.
