Login to the Knots Customer Portal and click on the tab Subscriptions.
To manage or deactivate a specific module:
- Click on the red button Deactivate next to the module you want to cancel.
To manage or deactivate the base subscription:
- Select the Billing Entities on the subscription page.
- Scroll down to the end of the page.
- Click on the red button Cancel subscription.
A pop-up screen will request a confirmation to cancel the subscription. -
Click again on the red button Yes, cancel it to confirm.
⚠️ Attention!
In case there is more than one Billing entity, please verify that the correct one is selected.
