Activate and Manage Modules

Activate a module

1. Log in to the Knots Customer Portal and Knots Modules tab.

   

2. Find the module you want to activate and click Activate.

   

3. In the pop-up window:

   • Select the correct connector (your instance).

   • Check the box to confirm you have read and accepted the terms and conditions.

   • If no connector is available, click the + icon to create one first.

     

4. Click Activate to confirm.

You will see a confirmation message indicating that the module has been successfully activated.

Deactivate a module

1. Log in to the Knots Customer Portal and open the Subscriptions tab.

   

2. Locate the module you want to deactivate and click Deactivate.

3. Select a reason for deactivation and click Deactivate again to confirm.

   

A confirmation message will appear, and the module will be removed from your subscription list.
